Initial meeting – you and us
At the initial meeting, we will gain a greater understanding of your business and your requirements. From this we will then discuss with you the different options and recommend the funders which we feel could assist the business
An introduction to the Lender by us
An introduction will then be made by Metis Funding Solutions to agreed Lenders or Lender (a trusted panel we have used for over 10 years)
Meeting with Lender – you and them (us too if required)
The Lender will agree a meeting with you and Metis Funding Solutions may attend, if asked by the client or the Lender
In-principal offer from Lender to you
After the meeting with the Lender, a tailoted in-principal offer will be made by the Lender directly to you. Metis Funding Solutions will discuss the offer with you if requested to and offer any advice and support required to assist you to proceed
Funding solution completed
You accept the offer; the Lender completes all their process and collects all the infomration required. The funding is agreed and provided to you, in the timescale driven by you
